Tips to minimize cellphone radiation exposure.

All cell phones emit RF[Radio Frequency] energy which causes radiation. Radiation levels are tested based on SAR[Specific Absorption Rate]. A cell phone's SAR is a measure of the amount of radio frequency energy absorbed by the body when using the handset. RF energy and SAR may vary as per Handset and Carrier. Always buy a cellphone with a low SAR[means less radiation].
If you want to minimize your radiation exposure here are some tips.
  • Use headset or Speakerphone
    # Use wired headset it will decrease your radiation exposure because the phone is away from the body.
    # Headset may still transmit radiation through the wire but it would be very low.
    # Every inch you can get away from the body reduces the amount of radiation you are absorbing.
    # Whenever possible use Speakerphone , experts say that using the speakerphone function is helpful because you’re keeping the phone away from your brain.
Holding out the cell phone by two inches drops the radiation by a factor of four.
    # Use a landline phone as much as possible.
  • Avoid making calls when signal is weak
    # When signal is weak your phone emits more radiation because cellphone will work harder to get better signal level, giving off more radiation.
    # Avoid using your phone in elevators, closed room where signal is weak.
  • Don’t wear Bluetooth all the time
    # Don't wear Bluetooth all the time just take it out of your ear when you aren’t on the phone.
    # Bluetooth wireless earpieces will expose you to some radiation it would be much less radiation than a cell phone but still you should take care.
    # If you use a Bluetooth device, switch it from ear to ear so you don’t have too much exposure on one side.
  • Why call when you can text
    # If job can be done by sending text message or Email why to call then ??
    # Cellphones emit less radiation when sending text rather than voice communication.
  • Don’t keep your phone in your pocket (or under your pillow)
    # Don’t put it in your pocket. If you must, keep the phone’s antenna (which is usually on the back of the phone) facing away from your body.
    # Keep the phone away from your bed. Sleeping with the phone near your head, can expose you to radiation for long period of time.
  • Children's and pregnant women's should avoid using cellphones
    # Young children should not use cell phones except in an emergency.
    # Because children are still developing, they have high potential developing health problems because of radiation exposure.
    # Their heads are smaller than those of adults and therefore have a greater proportional exposure to the field of radiofrequency radiation that is emitted by cell phones.
    # It is advised pregnant women or women hoping to conceive child should avoid cellphone usage as much as possible.
I hope you will find above tips helpful if you do then try implementing them in your daily life as much as possible :)

The second generation 41 megapixel sensor uses the latest generation 1.1 micron back-side-illuminated (BSI)pixels, providing excellent noise performance as well as benchmark resolution. The sensor format is 1/1.5” and it is up to five times larger than typical smartphone sensors.
